I don’t know where to begin. Lori is all you need for a home buying experience. She is thorough and unrelenting on getting her client the home they want and need. She guided us every step of the way and found us a great home. We were not easy homebuyers (not in a bad way) lol. Lori is all you need and the best thing about her is how well she knows the Market and how well connected she is in the Market. We had very specific things we needed and she accomplished all of them. The best thing is the attention to detail and the genuine realness and communication. We are convinced she’s the best In the area and we are also so grateful that after the closing she didn’t get her money and disappear. Lori is still helping us get acclimated to the new area for us. Simply she’s the best and such a pleasure to work with. Hire her and stop thinking about it. Trust me

My fiancé and I worked with Lori on the selling of my condo and buying of a new home. She made the entire process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Lori is very communicative and provides all updates and necessary information in a timely manner. She worked hard to ensure that I received the best value for my condo and Lori went above and beyond for us in our home search by not only working tirelessly to help us find a new home but even went as far as knocking on doors in a favored neighborhood to see if anyone would be willing to sell to us. We ended up finding the perfect home for us and my condo sale was a success. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and we will certainly be calling her again in the future. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a realtor for listings large and small!

Lori was outstanding. She was kind, supportive, and very helpful in explaining every stage, keeping us on track by phone calls and emails. She went the extra mile in attending our closing which was a comfort to us as relative newcomers in this location. Lori really is knowledgeable as a realtor and has experience in various areas of home buying and repairs. She has excellent contacts with contractors and was able to advise us about possible areas that might need some work. After a very unfortunate experience with our first listing agent, we were so grateful to have found Lori. She came highly recommended to us by friends that had hired her to sell their home, which she sold within 3 weeks. She was a breath of fresh air in contrast to our previous experience. When we first met with Lori, she was well prepared with a proposed strategy and marketing plan to get our home sold quickly. She offered reasonable suggestions as to what we should do to the home before re-listing (staging, etc). We immediately felt comfortable with her as she brought a sense of calmness to what can be an otherwise overwhelming process. We are very particular about our home and our main concern was keeping the house secured as we had already moved out of the home. Lori was incredibly respectful of our needs and always cognizant of making sure our house was properly secured. Throughout the process, Lori kept us informed and was always available when we contacted her. Within two weeks, we received an offer. From contract to closing, the process was flawless due to Lori’s high level of detail and competency.

Lori is such an amazing professional and very pleasant to work with. She gave us really good advice without being pushy about what to do to get the best price for our home. We followed her advice and had an offer with a quick close (which we preferred) in less than a month after listing. There were a few bumps in the road (brought on by buyer) but Lori worked hard to smooth things out. She is helpful and worked hard to get us good contractors at a reasonable price when we didn't already have people we had worked with in the past. I highly recommend working with Lori!

Lori is the most amazing real estate professional we have ever encountered. We recently worked with her to sell our $3million home in Great Falls. Her hard work, knowledge and attention to every detail to sell a home really paid off. She created an amazing website for our listing, with interactive floorplans and attractive photographs from every angle of our beautiful custom-build home.
At the time our home was listed in MLS late in September, we had only little hope that our house would sell this year due to the price, the market and the timing. Lori worked so hard to reach out every local agent who possibly have potential buyers. She remained positive and optimistic all the time. We received a cash offer only in 5 weeks!
During the time of negotiation, Lori really focused on those key terms of the contract and made sure we have a successful transaction to close. She did not only walk us through every step of the contingency removal process, she actually handled many detail works for us through closing! It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience.
