Lori Speight

Lori Speight is the owner and broker-in-charge of Masonboro Realty, Inc. The company opened in December 2003 and is locally owned and operated. Lori has been an active REALTOR® since 1994 and is a Wilmington, NC native. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington (UNC-W) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing.

Lori’s real estate experience includes working with Intracoastal Realty for 7 years and Azalea Realty for 3 years before starting her own full-service real estate company. She also worked as an on-site agent at Echo Farms Golf and Country Club and Beau Rivage. Lori has created an environment within Masonboro Realty where each Realtor strives to provide each client with impeccable and personalized customer service. Lori is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Cape Fear REALTORS®, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is regularly active in her own homeowner’s association.
