Lori Tell

Lori Tell is a Houston-area commercial real estate advisor specializing in leasing, land strategy, and investment analysis. She represents landlords and tenants across Houston and surrounding markets, with experience in lease structuring, build-out coordination, and commercial condo and land positioning.

Lori has completed advanced CCIM coursework in financial analysis, market analysis, valuation, and real estate development, including mixed-use feasibility and syndication strategy. She has prepared board-level financial packages for large tenant build-outs and performs IRR modeling, CAM reconciliation, lease analysis, and development feasibility assessments.
