About Lori

I am a dedicated professional who is a lifelong Billerica resident. After graduating from Billerica Memorial High School in 1988 I attended University of Massachusetts, Lowell and in 1992 received a Bachelor of Arts. My many years as a National Sales Manager for an electronic test equipment company gives me a solid background in sales and marketing as well as negotiation techniques. My husband and I love living in the town we both grew up in and raising our four children here. I am a lifelong parishoner at St. Therea's parish and my family has run the Sean C. Elmore Memorial Scholarship Fund for the last 30 years in memory of my brother Sean.

I offer expertise in helping first time buyers, senior services, relocations and investors. Whether you are looking to downsize or like myself, have a larger family and need some more room, I would love to help you reach your goals with the least amount of stress possible. I will be here to help you each step of the way.

I am a full time realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Northeast Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. I service all of Massachusetts including Burlington, Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Wilmington and Westford.

We met Lori at an open house that she was the listing agent for and right away picked up on her bubbly personality and good energy. So right away we knew we wanted to work with Lori to help us find our first home and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Lori was easy to work with, quick to response, isn't pushy, and knows how to close a deal. She also helped to connect us with our mortgage broker and real estate attorney and having people that she already has a working relationship with made the whole ordeal even easier for us. We were able to kickback and relax knowing that all parties are communicating and working together to move things along. With that said, thank you, Lori, for helping us! We'll be sure to recommend Lori to everyone we know!

Lori is such an awesome realtor! We worked with her to sell our house, and right from our first call she was doing everything she could to help maximize the value and analyze the market. She visited the house, giving us recommendations on what to update to either boost the value or present it in its best light based on current trends, and it definitely worked out in our favor.

Lori was vigilant with looking at comparable homes in the area to determine the best listing price, and kept us on task when the market started changing. Right as we listed the inventory was going up and the market seemed to be shifting in an unprecedented way, but she kept on it and motivated us to sell as soon as possible, and because of that we were able to sell the house for a great value right as the values began to decline.

Not only does she always have an eye on the market and trends, but she also stays with you through the whole sale process. She visited the house several times to check in on us and we how things were going before we listed, and gave us recommendations for cleaners and others to use if we needed them. once listed, she made sure to publicize the listing on all of the major real estate sites and host open houses as well as private showings. When anyone expressed interest, she informed us of that and kept in touch with them to see if they intended to submit an offer. She asked to walk through during the inspection, which is above and beyond, and was able to cover down on the fire alarm inspection and final bills as well. We ended up getting multiple offers as a result of her hard work, and we couldn’t be happier with her!
