Hello,

I am writing this review because I believe Lori Warriner is a very special person in the real estate profession! She is professional, responsive, considerate and understands the ups and down of the market and challenges it presents.

Those of us who have purchased homes in the past know it can be a stressful situation and in this market buyers are struggling to find a home, the biggest investment you will make so you want it right!

I spent 7 months looking but I didn't want to commit to a realtor because some of them are in it for their own reasons, which is okay, but not the type of commitment I was looking for.

Lori's commitment is over the top, as I said, I spent 7 months looking without a realtor, bidding on multiple homes (because that is the state of the market) but not ending up with a home.

After Lori was referred to me I met her and had an instant feeling she was going to get the job done and find me a home! She made me believe it! Even after a couple of disappointing bids she continued telling me there was a home for me it was a matter of time. I believed her.

This is what she did: put in every bid I asked to be presented. Advised me based on her experience and knowledge but never said "No" to a bid I requested.
Sent me new homes being listed on the market daily, asked me how I was doing and meant it, drove around areas I wanted to buy in to see if anything was available that she wasn't aware of, let me rant and just listened, apologized to me for things she nor I had control over and was there for me with the greatest of intent. Sometimes a kind word can deflate an escalated emotion.

Professionalism and commitment that was over the top.

If you are looking for someone who truly cares that you are successful in a real estate purchase or sale Lori is that person!

I closed on my home yesterday and after the P&S was signed the closing went off without a hitch! Amazing!

It is my hope you read this and consider Lori as your realtor whether you are buying or selling.
