Lorisa has enjoyed an award-winning career in residential real estate and custom construction spanning over 25 years. With an extensive background in the custom residential building industry, Lorisa brings invaluable experience and knowledge to her clients, with a keen understanding of construction management, finance, and marketing. Since 2007, Lorisa's primary focus has been residential real estate, where she has represented both buyers and sellers in their home sales, encompassing new construction, resale, and relocations. Lorisa prides herself on working with the highest integrity and strives to create a positive real estate experience for each client.
Lorisa attended Santa Barbara City College, along with Northlake College in Texas, studying Business and Real Estate. She currently lives in Elk Grove with her husband, Bradley, and their five kids. Before moving to Sacramento County, Lorisa was a long-time resident of Placer County and genuinely loves and appreciates everything the Sacramento Area has to offer. She enjoys architecture, traveling, wine tasting, and spending time with her family and friends.
