Lorraine came highly recommended from friends who had recently sold their home. She had great insight on the market and price setting and was a valuable advisor on prepping our home for sale. She had a deal locked down in 3 days. After contract Lorraine was incredibly helpful and responsive in working through to the closing, which was not easy.
