I've been selling homes in Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, and other nearby Montgomery County neighborhoods for 25+ years. As I resident of Potomac, I have raised my children here and have first hand knowledge of the schools and community amenities. I work with both buyers and sellers. A good portion of my work is with seniors who have been living in their homes for years and are now needing to downsize. Working with these individuals is very gratifying and seeing new buyers enter the picture is always enjoyable. I am a firm believer in education and continuing education as it is a way to always stay on top of the latest and is important in providing top notch service to my clients. My real estate designations include:
BPOR,ABR,GRI, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. (While I no longer practice clinical social work, I do maintain my Maryland license.)

Putting your house up for sale after living in it for fifty-six years is a very big challenge. However, Lorraine Gottlieb made each step along the way as smooth as possible. "Take it one step at a time" she said.

She is a very capable and knowledgeable realtor, and also a very friendly and helpful person. She always was ready to respond promptly to any questions I had, and she made sure I was informed about what was happening, and what to expect next.

I highly recommend Lorraine.
