We called Lorrie and she was there in the PM to do the listing. Her evaluation was right in the ballpark of what we figured we should get. She sold the house for FULL LISTING PRICE in less than two weeks. We also bought the condo we moved into with Lorrie as our broker. She was helpful in her recommendations for trade people to make the changes we wanted to accomplish before our move. All in All I would recommend Lorrie for either or both sides of any Real Estate transaction.

As a lender, working with Lorrie Cox was a delight. I was so impressed with how she not only worked with and supported her seller, Lorrie was so helpful to the buyer of her listed property. On her signs, Lorrie has the slogan "Your Voice in Real Estate." That statement is really more than a slogan.....it characterizes her way of doing business. It is her business culture. She speaks up for both her sellers and buyers. She knows the questions to ask. Lorrie was very helpful with our relocation from Colorado to Oregon. I had only a weekend to find a house in our preferred location. She showed us houses with our criteria, gave me information on the area and guided us through moving into a senior community. She has a wealth of knowledge to share. Lorrie is dedicated realtor that will go the extra mile for both parties to come together. She make sure every detail is not overlooked and in our case it was 66 acre farm land with a renter house.
