I am writing to give Lorrie Geiss, with Long & Foster Real Estate, a raving review!! We just recently closed on our next home and Lorrie helped us through the process of determining what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Lorrie was very patient with us, listened to us and guided us until the very end! She knows the business and was able to answer and anticipate our questions. We were not the easiest of clients, buying in a volatile market, not wanting to overpay or taking on unseen risks. We put a contract on the house without “seeing” the house. Lorrie took us on a video tour, highlighted our wants, pointed out areas of concern and provided a thorough comparison from other property showings. This is our second purchase with Lorrie as our agent and I would not hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to anyone looking to buy. Lorrie was recommended by family members who had a great experience with her. She listened carefully to our needs and asked great questions to help us assess each property. She had realistic expectations of possibilities and helped keep us grounded. She was always available for questions and responded promptly to texts and emails. She did a great job of steering us to other professionals such as inspectors, etc.
