Lorrie Gurganious

I was born and raised in South Florida, where I met my husband of 29 years. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life and are the proud parents of two wonderful sons. Since 2011, our family has been blessed to call Effingham County, Georgia, home.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, I began my career as a teller and advanced to Assistant Branch Manager. I also served as a Senior Loan Processor, helping homebuyers navigate the documentation process to ensure smooth, stress-free closings. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate—a skillset I now bring to every transaction.

I’m passionate about giving back and volunteer at Manna House, a local program dedicated to feeding families in need in our community.
