As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I assist my clients with property valuations, working with appraisers and guiding clients through the concerns and misperceptions of home valuations. As an e-PRO® certified, I effectively use technology to help sellers sell properties to a broad audience of potential buyers, leading to more viewings and fetching them top dollar for their listings. I understand the military lifestyle as a Military Relocation Professional(MRP) and veteran wife. I count it my greatest honor to serve military families, veterans, and active military personnel to settle or relocate seamlessly. Seeing a family settled and happy is my greatest motivation and incentive, and it keeps me going.
When I am not busy chasing my clients’ real estate goals, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love living on the coast and all the things it offers.
