Lorynn epitomizes integrity, determination and hard work. Born the daughter of a successful home builder and developer and raised in California, Lorynn has real estate in her DNA. Before following her brother and sister-in-law into the family business, Lorynn spent 19 years with Tommy Bahama restaurants growing that business from 1 location with $3.5 million in sales to 15 locations with over $50 million in sales. Her leadership, organization, and dedication to guest services were integral to the ongoing operations as well as planning and opening of new locations. She specialized in hiring and training of staff, vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and design across the globe to include Manhattan New York, Hawaii and Hong Kong.

Her mentors are some of the most successful and well respected real estate professionals in the industry.
