About Lottie

I began my career in Real Estate with Prudential Fox & Roach in Medford, New Jersey, in 2001. In 2005, my husband and I moved to Sneads Ferry, NC and I assist buyers and sellers from Jacksonville to Topsail Beach. Living in the quaint fishing village of Sneads Ferry has been truly one of the best decisions we made. Close to Topsail Island and close to Camp LeJeune, we live on the New River and enjoy all the river has to offer. Members of Sneads Ferry Presbyterian Church, we are part of a lively, outgoing congregation, that welcomes new faces from all parts of the country! Lots of us are 'transplants' from PA, NJ, Ohio and NY. Having lived in NJ for many years and having gone through the re-location process to the Carolinas, it's easy for me to understand and help buyers wanting to do the same.
