Lou served as senior executive for a local sales and marketing firm that represented more than 100 builders and developers in 13 states. He has designations of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) and is active in the Maryland Association of REALTORs® and Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®.
