Lou and his wife Judy relocated here from Long Island, New York in 1989 and have been married for 42 years. They have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their family making wine and working on muscle cars. Lou achieved his broker’s license in 2012.

We worked with Lou for 3 years searching for a vacation home in Cape Coral. We travelled there twice to look at multiple homes. Lou always made himself available to spend entire days with us looking at possibilities and discussing the virtues and downfalls of each property. Lou was very knowledgeable about the issues that are common to that area and pointed them out to us. He was also knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the things that increase value and bring value down. Over the course of the 3 years we worked together we asked him to go view multiple homes on our behalf and he always fit that into his busy schedule. He saved us from making multiple unnecessary trips. He took lots of photos and pointed out issues in the photos. He knew what we did and didn’t want in our home and steered us away from bad choices. He was always willing to put in offers and do the necessary paperwork, work with the sellers to get us the deal we wanted, and never complained when we walked away when we weren’t satisfied. When we finally found the right home at the right price, he worked diligently and quickly to get everything accomplished on our behalf. We only needed to make one short trip to view the house and be there for inspection. Everything was handled by email and he was very patient with our lack of technology skills. He provided us with multiple contacts for every need every step of the way and made the whole process stress less. We hope to buy more homes there in the future and we wouldn’t work with anyone else. In the spring of 2015, we began a search for property in Cape Coral, Florida. Through an acquaintance, we had the good fortune to meet Lou Simonetti, a local realtor. Lou proved to be an extremely valuable asset because of his extensive knowledge of the history and the properties in the Fort Meyers and Cape Coral areas. Lou was quick to ascertain our needs and to respond by providing properties that met those needs.
