My wife and I have been working with Louann exclusively and Ed has filled in where needed. Louann is such a caring person and is so attentive to our interest and requests. She and Ed send us up-to-date daily listings and are very responsive to any questions we have about any listings. On the times that we have reached out to Louann to go see properties, she has made herself available to our convenience. We feel very lucky to have found a realtor as professional and caring as Louann. She has displayed the philosophy that she has our best interest in mind instead of just making a sale to make her commision. Ed and Louann helped us buy our dream house! They stuck with us and attended to our every need throughout the entire process. It is an amazing convenience to have one or both of them available to you almost 24/7.
