We bought this house long distance. We didn’t get to see it first hand until the day we moved in. LouAnn was AMAZING! When we did arrive I thought I had been here many times because LouAnn was so thorough with videos and FaceTime walk through’s. She was our eyes and ears and clearly knows her business. LouAnn is amazing!
Her personal attention to address all the details, help search for the right property and then guide me through the sale process was nothing short of tremendous! She attended the inspection and closing as well for me (with video chat). It was if LouAnn was my partner - buying the property with me, not just a Real Estate Agent. So many value added actions really helped move the process along.
