The diversity and cultural richness of the San Francisco Bay Area make his career in real estate incredibly rewarding. As a lifelong resident of the region, he is especially knowledgeable of the East Bay. Before real estate, Louis was elected to the San Leandro School Board, helping to shape education policy in his community for eight years. As a Director of the San Leandro Education Foundation for six years, he founded and co-chaired the Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead for education breakfast, which has since raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to sustain quality enrichment in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art Design, and Mathematics while promoting the Foundation's core mission. Louis has also served as Founding Director of the Chabot College Foundation in Hayward and as a member of the American Cancer Society Board of Directors.

Louis's experience managing political campaigns is the basis of his appreciation for the careful coordination required by each real estate transaction.
