Louis is a highly skilled real estate expert in the DMV. I first engaged with Louis as I prepared to put my first home on the market. He came prepared with both a sellers report as well as a sellers plan that outlined the work I'd need to do to maximize the asking price of the home. Those tools helped simplify an otherwise daunting process. Louis also helped me successfully navigate a very challenging water issue, that if not addressed in a skillful manner, may have turned away prospective buyers. Instead we had several offers at or above asking price within 48 hours as a result of his strategy. When I began the search for my next home, Louis was the first person I called. He helped me refine my wish list in terms of location and features of the home. He was patient with me as I viewed many homes in many different areas before I found my "dream right now" home. I learned everything I know about successfully navigating the home buying and selling process from Louis. He tells you what you need to hear and always provide sound advice to help guide decision making. I was highly satisfied with both my selling and purchasing experiences. I definitely recommend working with Louis and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
