he Co-Founder of Tevas Real Estate Group, Louis Vargas has served his clients as a distinctive real estate professional for 17 years. For the past four years, he has earned the Re/Max “Top Producer Award” and earning the “Platinum” award year after year. Louis was in the top five selling agents out of 120 agents: from 2017 to 2021.
From 2007 to 2015, Louis worked full time for Weir Seaboard, selling real estate part time on evenings and weekends. Demonstrating grit and perseverance, his success grew, and by 2012, he was selling more homes while working part time than other full-time real estate agents in his group. After finishing his work in the oil wellhead industry, he decided to pursue real estate full-time.
Driven to help people, Louis looks for opportunities to give back, and he has assisted some real estate clients with pro bono work. In 2022, he founded Tevas Real Estate Group with his business partner and is already seeing success and growth with seven agents in the group and counting. Approachable, honest, and hardworking, Louis enjoys repeated referrals. He considers these the best reward, and proof that clients trust him with their friends and family.
Louis married his high school sweetheart, Clarissa, then moved to Houston so she could finish her training as a radiation therapist for cancer patients. Houston became home, and the place where the couple is raising their children, Jacob, and Alexa. Through competitive sports and through their parents’ example, the children are learning that working hard at something leads to achievement.
When he is not serving his valued clients, Louis spends his free time with family, and he also owns and operates a 501C youth baseball traveling team. With his son participating, the team recently won the Destin Florida World Series.
