After running two successful beverage distribution businesses with one of her brothers (she has six), Louise became a licensed Realtor® in 2003 and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. Since then, she has recognized the importance of serving as a reliable source of information and guidance to her clients. Whether she is helping a mature client downsize appropriately or ensuring a first-time home buyer understands the entire buying process, from search to settlement, Louise is a professional you can trust from day one.
Louise is a lifelong city resident. In 1998, along with her husband Tony, they took the challenge of buying a beautiful but sorely neglected Stone Tudor. Built in 1913 and known as “the haunted house of the street,” they rolled up their sleeves and got to work. The house has since become a focal point of the neighborhood, and was featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer. They still don’t get visitors on Halloween.
Though she works primarily in Center City and Northwest Philadelphia, Louise knows the city in the intimate way only a native Philadelphian can, so she can help no matter which neighborhood peaks your interest, including Queen Village, Bella Vista, Passyunk Square, South Philly, University City, and more. Her favorite part of being a Realtor® is meeting new people, getting to know their stories, and sharing her knowledge of the market. When she’s not working, Louise loves Yoga, rowing, visiting farmer’s markets, and cooking.
