Louise Norwood

Louise Norwood brings 38 years of real estate experience with the last fifteen years in the practice of commercial real estate concentrating in office leasing, industrial leasing and sales. The earlier years focused on the residential division, not only selling but generating ad copy, furnishing and decorating 25 residential offices along with a home restoration business. The residential business has been sold; however, these various pursuits have brought invaluable insight in assisting office clientele with their site requirements and critical decision making. Our practice focuses on working as teams in both marketing and servicing our client base, which has proved to be most effective.

In 1998, Louise served as President of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors. Prior to that position, she was director in charge of public relations and editor of the newsletter of CIBOR. In 2000 she had the distinct honor of being chosen Realtor of The Year for CIBOR by her peers
