About Louise
For almost three plus decades Louise Schultz has been providing residents of Anne Arundel County with a very special brand of service based on her extensive knowledge and experience. A key ingredient to her success and longevity is her ability to listen to Buyers and Sellers and her persistence in following through until their goals have been achieved. Prior to coming into sales Louise was Vice President and Department Head of Baltimore Federal Financials Commercial Real Estate Division. In 1988 Louise joined the Severna Park Office of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. bringing with her a lifetime of experience and knowledge. Because buying and selling property has become increasingly complex, a keen understanding of real estate transactions is more important than ever. New technology, laws, procedures and sophistication of clients require real estate agents to perform at a higher level of professionalism. Louise continues to meet these challenges through on going education. She taught "Fast Start" later to be renamed “Star Builders” an in house training program for new agents as well as Mentoring. Louise has earned several designations and certifications. Volunteering is part of who Louise is and enjoys assisting in the following; Fund Raiser for... Habitat for Humanity, Heart Walk, Harvest for the Hungry, Anne Arundel Food Bank, Anne Arundel Scholarship Fund in association with Anne Arundel Community College.

She has years of experience that she demonstrates in her knowledge of properties, contracts and successful sales. My situation began with a need to sell a property for my parent when I live out of the state. She investigated extensively the legal requirements and had all necessary contract papers for the sale. When the property needed extensive work, she had a wealth of knowledge about reliable contractors. She visited the property often to ensure work was progressing when I could not get into town. Throughout the process (which took almost a year), Her constant communication and work ethic ensured all parties were informed of schedule, costs and legal status. Multiple offers were received for the property and her contract expertise ensured I knew all benefits and costs. The closing went remarkably well.
