Louise Wild

Louise joined Finnell Lee Homes at Sotheby’s International realty in October 2024, and brings a winning mix of warmth, tenacity and understanding of clients’ diverse property needs to the FLH team, having had experience of buying, selling, renovating and renting properties in the US, Europe and Australasia. With decades of customer service experience, a huge creative streak, and a lifelong passion for realty, she is ready to assist you in buying or selling your property as seamlessly as possible. Outside of work, Louise has maintained a passion for community engagement and integration. This has included being chair of the United Nations Local Expatriate Spouse Association (UNLESA) in Fiji, where she worked to welcome new families and advocated for spousal rights, and currently includes being active at the Washington Episcopal School as a parent volunteer and charity event organizer. Through this role and broader interaction with the community, she continues to welcome and offer insights to new families to the DMV with her engaging personality and easygoing style. Louise is from Wales, UK and, in 2016, moved to the Pacific region with her husband and two young children for what was meant to be a 12-month stay, from which their international journey blossomed. Since 2018, they have lived in Chevy Chase, DC, alongside their rescue dog and unrescuable cat. Beyond property, Louise loves cooking, pickleball and exploring different cultures through global travel. Fun Facts · Having found a love of tennis whilst in Fiji, I have a new found love of pickleball and play every week at my local community center with other obsessed pickleball players! · In my spare time, I am in love with design and presentation, and create bespoke wreaths and jewelry. · I have a lifelong love of the sea and have had the privilege of diving amongst the most beautiful corals and fish (including sharks), as well as game fishing; landing a 500lb marlin on the same day as reeling in a 30lb yellow fin tuna was an unforgettable experience. · I love making a house feel like a home by organizing dinner parties and get togethers with friends and family where I can try new recipes and pair them with great wines.
