As a first time home buyer I had absolutely no idea what I was getting into, or where to even start. After an initial meeting, I had a clear path on what was needed and a closer idea how go get there! Afterwards she kept in touch with us until we were ready to move forward. Even holding a class for first time home buyers, and helping us find a great lender! Through the whole process she was quick with responses, and got us any answers we may need in a more than timely manner. As well as being so extremely friendly, while remaining professional. 100% recommend!

Lourdes was absolutely fantastic to work with! My fiancee and I just moved to the area from out of state and were referred to her and we couldn't be happier. It was our first time buying a house and there was plenty of confusion for us, but Lourdes was always willing to put up with the silly questions we had and our nonsensical worries about the process, regardless of the time of day. She was able to give us excellent referrals for our mortgage lending needs and home inspections, and her recommendations were also great to work with. I know that as long as I'm buying in the area she will be my go to person when I'm looking for a home.

Lourdes Cox was the best!! We first met Lourdes at an open house and at the time we were not committed buyers. At the time we were still living in Michigan and had no set date for moving to Tennessee. Even so and after returning to Michigan Lourdes kept looking for a house for us with the requirements we had given her. Each time we came back for a visit she made time to take us around and look at houses.

Well once we committed to moving and buying Lourdes kicked it into overdrive! After showing us several homes we finally found our new home! We closed on April 24 and are now Tennessee residents. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lourdes Cox! We were blessed to have met her and she made the whole process extremely easy and I think she went above and beyond!!

Lourdes was amazing through the entire process! This is my first time purchasing a home and I'll admit there was A LOT of questions on my end and at times pure confusion! She answered all my questions (and phone calls at inconvenient times!) And completely took the confusion out of my experience! When i buy my next house i will be coming back to her! When you're in housing market don't settle for the rest, choose the BEST! And the best is Lourdes!!

Lourdes is great! My husband and I just got lucky to walk into an open house and find her. We prefer someone comfortable to talk to who really feels like they are helping you, not just trying to make the next sale. If you are looking to deal with someone real you will love her.
