Luan 'Lun' Kichen

Luan “Lun” Kichen is a Sales Associate at Sitar Realty Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Lun joined the company in 2023.

In his role as Sales Associate, Mr. Kichen specializes in business development, medical, office, and investment properties, representing both the landlord and the tenant. He is also involved in business brokerage due to the nature of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Sitar, Mr. Kichen was a broker in high-end radiology imaging equipment for over seven years. He bought and sold systems of different makes/models worldwide from hospitals to physicians, both domestically and internationally. This position led him to become very familiar with the medical sector of commercial real estate. Now, Mr. Kichen provides the same superior brokerage service, but as an advisor for commercial real estate throughout New Jersey.

Lun graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in pre-physical therapy. Mr. Kichen is a lifetime member of CHHANGE at the Center for Holocaust, Human Rights and Genocide Education at Brookdale Community College. Lun is also an avid tennis and pickle ball player.
