We were first time home buyers with no clue about how property market works. Luckily we got Luana's reference from our friend and from then on she was on our team.
She's knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly she's honest. She answered all our questions, no matter how big or small. She gave us all the current, relevant info, stats and her opinion but ultimately left the decision on us. She never pushed or rushed us to make a decision.
Whether it was submitting offers or finally closing the deal, she guided us well. She's fast, thorough and diligent with all the procedures and paperwork. It was a really positive experience, working with Luana. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to buy a property.
