Throughout his career, Lucas has expanded his real estate focus into opening his own boutique real estate office in 2010. Hired by large investment groups, he spearheaded acquisitions, redevelopments, and dispositions of real estate portfolio assets. While working with City of Chicago Zoning Committees, Lucas helped his clients purchase, re-zone, and develop the city's vacant lots into a variety of diverse projects.

When not focused on business, Lucas enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also has great interest in classic muscle cars and hot rods.
