Team Possible and their online reputation certainly lived up to their name. Lucas and his team were referred to us by a colleague as we made the decision to relocate from Pittsburgh to Tampa in February of this year. To our pleasant surprise Lucas and his team made the relocation process not only a possibility but fun. His knowledge of the Tampa market, candid feedback as we looked at homes, and taking the time to really understand what was important to us as we looked at homes were only slightly overshadowed by his positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to ensuring our dream home became a reality. Lucas found exactly what we were looking for, worked hand and hand with our mortgage lender, and was there every step of the way to support us through the closing process. Once in our home (and his commission paid out), Lucas continued to stay in contact with us, conducting regular follow up check ins, and providing contractor referrals as necessary. We are sincerely thankful for having had such an awesome agent during our relocation.

Lucas is very knowledgeable, professional, knew his pros and cons of different areas when I was looking for my house. My plan was to stay here for maybe five years and get another house but I think I'm doing it long term. I highly recommend Lucas Reid for a realtor
