Aloha! I'm Lucena, owner and founder of Pineapple Homes. I bring to you 33 years of experience in helping clients turn their real estate dreams into reality. I find it rewarding seeing the eyes of my clients light up as they open the door to their new home.

As a seasoned real estate broker, I sold over 77 properties in 2015 and was acknowledged in the June 2016 issue of Honolulu Business Magazine as one of the top realtors.

I consider my strong business sense, loyalty to clients, relevant years of experience as well as my energetic and easy-going approach to people as fundamental in this profession that I've chosen.

In my spare time, you can find me traveling and spending time with my family. I do consider meeting new people and spending time with my loved ones as the spice of my life.

Lucena is very knowledgeable and highly experienced in all aspects of buying a home. I encountered many challenges in the financing and purchase of our beautiful home in Kau. Lucena handled them all with true professionalism and amazing hard work and perseverance. She truly did go far beyond the call of duty in some very perplexing problems. In addition, she is very personable and easy to work with. She is very involved in the local communities of the big island and understands, the local ways. We not only found a very competent real estate professional, but made a close life long friend after working with her for 3 years. I would recommend her for any real estate needs in East Hawaii.
