Lucia, has over 20 years of Customer Service and Sales Experience with 3M in Massachusetts. She has a lot of experience working with people and exceeding their expectations. She purchased her first Multifamily in in 2003 and instantly became impressed with the quality of service/ process and the role the real estate agent played and she thought becoming one would be beneficial to others and her community. After obtaining her license, she felt the need to acquire additional knowledge in business industry where she took the initiative to work towards her Bachelor Degree in Business Management to better serve others from diverse background. She is passionate, dedicated and fully committed to help each of her client as they approach her for their Real Estate needs.
