Backed by nearly 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Kent State University, Lucia brings next-level strategy and deep market knowledge to the table. Off the clock, Lucia is a proud mom of three adult children—a daughter and twin sons—and a die-hard fan of all things Cleveland: the Cavs, Browns, and Guardians included. She's also a dedicated volunteer and supporter of the Howard Hanna Children’s Free Care Fund.
