Lucia specializes in marketing luxury real estate in her home market, Key Biscayne – an exclusive island connected to mainland Miami where she resides and spent her youth. Following the diverse needs of her client base, Lucia is also focused on the neighboring areas of Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Sotheby’s global presence ensures national and international exposure for property listings and allows Lucia to support her clients’ needs internationally.
Prior to working for ONE Sotheby’s, Lucia spent over 10 years doing leveraged buyouts for private equity firms American Capital Ltd., MapleWood Partners LP and Goldman Sachs & Co Merchant Banking Division. Given her professional background and transactional history, Lucia brings strong negotiation skills and a unique discipline and professionalism to her practice, as well as a high regard for her clients’ privacy.
Born in Nicaragua and having lived in Key Biscayne, Mexico and New York, Lucia is a native Spanish and English speaker. Lucia holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
