Luciana was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through a long process with my lender. She stayed on top of every issue that arose, made calls or sent emails at every turn. She was always accessible if I had a question or concern. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. In addition to being very professional, she is also just a very kind person.

Luciana was extremely motivated and diligent as my agent. She worked three times as hard as even we did in finding homes for sale that fit our needs. She kept lines of communication open, she was available for last minute changes and decisions, worked great with the sellers, and generally working above and beyond our expectations.
