Lucy has gone above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. This process of selling our first home and then buying the home we pray to grow into was seamless. My experiences with Lucy and Keller Williams started off a bit rocky. I thought my realtor was being evasive, but I quickly came to realize that it was my tenant (one that didn't make the home selling process very easy) that was causing the issues. Lucy was very communicative and responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure my tenant left the property as well as followed through on ensuring the home was vacant when the tenant left. Highly recommend Lucy and her team! If you have a difficult tenant that refuses to leave, Lucy is your realtor. Truly a champions realtor and one that will go the extra mile to ensure your home buying or selling process goes smoothly.
