Serving first-home buyers, empty nesters, property investors and facilitating estate distributions, she brings incomparable negotiating and strategic skills to each transaction. With extensive knowledge of the area housing market, Lucy has closed transactions exceeding $100 million in sales in 12 different Dallas ZIP codes.

After graduating from Highland Park High School, Lucy earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, followed by an MBA with a marketing concentration from SMU’s Cox School of Business, followed by a Juris Doctor from SMU’s Dedman School of Law. Her first career began with a prestigious Dallas law firm, followed by almost ten years as associate general counsel for then the largest corporation headquartered in Dallas. For more than twenty years, she served as senior counsel to a New York Stock Exchange corporation consistently listed in the Fortune 200. During a legal career that spanned three decades, Lucy oversaw the purchase and sale of hundreds of properties in the U.S., Australia, Norway, Ireland, Hong Kong and Panama.

Lucy has served on the board of directors of the Junior League of Dallas and on the Cattle Baron’s Ball committee, raising funds for cancer research. She has also served on the finance and endowment committees of her church. She is a member of The Dallas Woman’s Club and the State Bar of Texas.
