Cannot recommend Lucy enough! We were moving from out of state. Lucy had experience with that already so she could jump right in to the process. She had great familiarity with the area. She did virtual house tours with us and made sure we saw all the good and bad of each house. She helped us craft aggressive offers to succeed in this seller’s market, making sure to explain anything we hadn’t dealt with before. We didn’t get the first house, but we got the second one. She also had an inspector and lawyer she works with to help us make this process easier and we really liked both of those professionals too. She has a great team that she works with. She is also funny and kind. Lucy would be a great choice if you are looking to buy or sell your home in this area.

Lucy was our Real Estate Agent when we moved to Batavia. Not only did Lucy do a fantastic job representing our best interest throughout the process but we would not have found our dream house without her. Lucy steered us away from houses that we would have settled for and made a house that we never thought we could afford our new reality within our budget. When my family and I decided to pack up and move 1500 miles across the country, we really had no idea how we were going to pull it off. Lucy has helped make this process easier every step of the way. When we were interested in looking at a home she was always happy to do a virtual walk through for us, and made sure to point out anything that may not be so obvious to us since we weren't there in person. When we had questions about anything from lenders to lawyers, she always pointed us in the right direction and was happy to give us referrals if we needed them. Extremely responsive. Above and beyond call of duty. Lucy helped us stage and prep the house and it was under contract within 2 weeks! In a competitive market, she gave us specific advice and actions that helped our house stand out from the others. She made all the right choices when it came to staging our home for showing and the photos, sales materials and listings looked great. We got the price we wanted and after we were under contract she kept the process moving despite some missteps by the buyer's reps. I cannot recommend her enough.
