Although Lucy loves working with all buyers, she especially enjoys helping first-timers. The process of buying a first home is an exciting yet scary time in people’s lives, and she wants to make their first experience a good one. Purchasing any home is an exhaustive process, but the first time is unique, and she likes to help clients navigate that.

One way she does that is by providing buyers with the resources they need to succeed. This includes suggesting the right lenders, title companies, and inspection companies so buyers can proactively choose a quality vendor every step of the way.

Lucy also has excellent listening skills, which she uses to identify what her buyers need and want. She seeks to understand the lifestyles of her buyers so she can match them with an ideal property.

When working with sellers, Lucy starts every relationship with an in-depth conversation about their property. Then, she uses this information to create a detailed plan for selling the home. Her plans include a thorough timeline, so her sellers know what to expect and when.

Lucy communicates clearly and concisely throughout the selling process, so there are no surprises. She wants her sellers to be aware of each step as it’s completed and remind them of what’s to come. The better she communicates with her sellers, the more effectively she can sell their home.
