Lucy is a pleasure to deal with. She's very professional and kind, She really takes the time to help you understand every step of the way. She has a lifelong knowledge of Minot and the surrounding area. She knows each neighborhood the schools the shops and restaurants and really takes the time to get to know you and what you're looking for and has the knowledge and abilities to help you find the best fit for you and your family. She truly wants to find each person the home they will really love,not just sell you a house because it's for sell. I think I would have a really hard time trying to find someone with the knowledge and ethics that Lucy has shown me.

Lucy is an effective, honest and commutative real estate agent. When you take on the stressful role of buying /selling a home she has all of the qualities you look for.

Being young not knowing what we were getting into, lucy made the process seem a whole lot less scary! She made time to look at a house many times before we finally decided we were sure it’s exactly what we wanted.

I would highly recommend lucy to anyone.

Lucy was very professional. She knew all the details about all the houses we were interested in. She was available on our time which was quite unusual. Lucy went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied before we signed the final paperwork. She was a joy to work with. I will recommend her to all of our friends.
