I relocated to the Jacksonville area with my family January 2007 from the Midwest where I had been in the Real Estate business for 20 years in some capacity. After receiving my license I worked with a local builder which I loved but eventually went to a title company for several years working as an escrow agent. I became a loan officer in order to be a better agent understanding what the mortgage lending process entailed so that I could better prepare my clients for the home buying process. Ultimately though, my heart and passion was always in buying and selling real estate helping, guiding , and counseling people to achieve the dream of homeownership, especially single moms, military and first time homebuyers. I hated seeing them throwing away their hard owned money on rent and being someone else's tax write off .

That passion and love is still what drives me today, 30 years later. Real estate is always changing just like the clients that I have been fortunate enough to meet and work for. It's just as exciting today as it was way back in 1987 and I still love walking through a new home and being a part of the biggest investment of each clients life.
