I highly recommend Luis Blanco. My wife and I could not have asked for a better professional to work with on our home purchase. Luis was very personable and responsive to any questions or concerns we had no matter how big or small. He really listened to our wants and wishes in a property and presented several great options. There was never any sales pressure. His honest opinions of the positives and negatives of properties was extremely helpful. When we were in escrow, Luis provided EXCEPTIONAL advice and direction when dealing with unexpected issues that came up. Luis demonstrated that he is a true real estate professional who knows exactly what he is doing.

Luis is honest, reliable, goes above and beyond, and has high expectations for himself that exemplifies in all that he does. We have bought properties from him and sold with his company, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. There needed to be a 3 way sale in order for us to purchase our home and with Covid protocols, things were challenging and behind schedule. He never let me know anything was awry and never expressed any sort of distress. Luis was professional, calming (very important in high stress situations :)) and charismatic with navigating all of the unforeseen events. You really will have an incredible experience, communication and lasting relationship with him.

Working with Luis was an absolute dream my husband and I have worked with realtors before. We have bought other properties, but this experience was completely different. I wouldn't use any other realtor. He is almost always available day or night. You can text or call him. Luis treated us like family but in the most professional way. I felt like I could trust him from the start. He explained anything we needed or wanted to know as well as vetted every home we saw throughly. He's the realtor that will look at the things you don't notice till after you have completed a sale and are mad you didn't catch something. He's honest and reliable. It was truly a 5 star experience! He's built the connections with any and every person you would need to complete the sale and more. Luis followed up with us on everything even after the sale to make sure everything was good.

We purchased our house on June and he did everything in his power to get us our home. After seeing many houses and even being in escrow, falling out due to no fault of Luis or us. With in a few days we found the listing the night before randomly looking sent it to him, as we felt defeated. It was 40mins listed. He scheduled a showing the next day and we put in a competitive offer. I told him along with my husband this is the house we fight for!! This is it!! When I tell you within 24 hours our offer was accepted and I could not have been happier! No open house, no competing buyers. Would not have been possible with out him!

In the San Diego market it is hard enough to find a house, but to find a realtor that will go to battle for you and be honest and realistic ...it's the dream!

Luis has our business as long as we are in California and any other state he decides to practice in.

Do not go anywhere else! I will vouch for Luis Blanco any day! You will not be disappointed.

Luis was such a breath of fresh air compared to our previous realtor. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, weighed in and took the initiative to find houses within our range and preferred area.
