What I like the most about Luis Cortez is he has a lot of patience with me , he never pushed me to make offers and he was always telling if you feel confortable with this home , let’s buy it , otherwise , let’s keep looking for the right one .
Even when escrow was open , he was on top of everything , giving me the best advice and suggestions .

The agent listened to what I desire in a home, and follow through with Home’s accordingly. Even when I could not show up he still went to view the homes and FaceTime me so that I could be apart of the walkthrough process to see if I was interested. When I found homes I was interested in he followed up right away to get access for us to view. If it was something I was interested in the property whether it was early morning or late night he contract paperwork ASAP.
