While his mother is from Guatemala City, it was the nearby town of Antigua—famous for its preserved Spanish colonial architecture—that left a lasting impression. That inspiration led to the founding of Antigua Real Estate.

What began as a creative outlet—filming and researching historic homes—grew into a thriving platform. As Luis shared these properties online, he found a growing community of people who shared his appreciation for vintage design and timeless architecture. Luis lives in Southern California with his wife Nancy, their daughter Jubilee Grace, and their French Bulldog. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf and collecting vintage watches—hobbies that reflect his eye for detail, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
