Luis began his career in real estate just before the recession. Talk about timing! Luis embraced the challenge and worked tirelessly for his clients. He learned as much as he possibly could about negotiating short sales and by the time the recession had ended, Luis had helped dozens and dozens of sellers and became the “go to” person in the area when it came to any questions or advice on handling short sales and working with banks in order to get positive results.

During those difficult times, Luis was able to build his business by digging in and working hard. His diligence and attitude have been the foundation for building a referral- based business that has been thriving since. A proven strong negotiator, Luis is now a highly reviewed, award-winning broker year in and year out. Getting an offer accepted has been challenging, to say the least, however Luis understands the value of relationships and building trust in the community he works in. Luis is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and is able to leverage his linguistic versatility to his clients’ advantage as well!

Luis and his wife Holly live in the community he serves, where they raised two kids who are now successfully launched!
