this was my first home purchase, and I chose Luis over my family's strong recommendation of another agent. Luis was available to me, day or night, for any silly question or property interest i had, and there were so many. i had trouble getting financed, he knew the right people to get me a 30 yr fixed interest of 3.15% conventional loan as a first time buyer, with very low income. despite that, he still stuck by me, offered very good advice, and stuck it through to the end even though i don't have a lot of money. he treated me professionally, but personably as well. he is excellent and he will be the one i call to list when im ready to sell. im so glad i met luis.
