My husband and I met Lukas in early 2020 before our first house-hunt was put on hold, and then picked back up again October 2020, finally closing in April 2021. Lukas guided us through 7 grueling months on the market, and was unfailingly optimistic that we would find our home, even with the unprecedented housing shortage. We put in nearly a dozen offers, lost a lot of homes, and cried more than once. Lukas was there every step of the way.

I truly can’t imagine a better agent to guide us through the pitfalls of that cutthroat market. He has an in-depth and intuitive understanding of the market, and his clients’ needs, and is genuinely just incredibly kind. He’s observant, dedicated, and whip-smart. He also seemingly never stops working - more than once I woke up to a detailed and insightful market analysis that was sent in the middle of the night!

Lukas was our staunch advocate in every single seller/agent interaction and having him in our corner was absolutely the key to our search and our successful purchase. He never pushed us to make any calls or decisions on offers, unless we were fully comfortable and felt protected. He was honest when he thought we were pursuing opportunities that didn’t make sense for us. When it was time for us to be more aggressive, he gave us really wonderful advice that allowed us to craft the strongest possible offer we could. He knew our limitations, and guided us to work within them while still being competitive.

From our first meeting, when he was taking notes about our wants, dealbreakers, and hobbies – to closing day when he sat with us at the attorney’s office and made sure we were comfortable – he was professional, steadfast, honest, and above all, trustworthy. We trusted every piece of advice he gave us without hesitation. He never stopped fighting for us, and I’m 100% sure that the energy and grace he brought to the buying process, he brings to his sellers too.

Lukas and his team made my first time home buying experience seamless and pain free. They provide the utmost care and a highly personal touch during the process.

Honestly, with his experience he knows what you want better than you do. In my current building, I was considering getting a unit on a lower floor (that was cheaper) with an okay floor plan. However, during the tours we came back across a unit (that was more expensive) on a higher floor and the most breathtaking view. I was hesitant at first but Lukas recommended I go for the unit with the better view because of the appreciation potential and resale value.

I trusted him and he was absolutely right! I could not have been happier with my decision based on his guidance.

I bought my first home and Lukas Babusak was my Real Estate Agent. I highly recommend that you work with Lukas for your Real Estate needs. When I was ready to buy a house that I found in a neighborhood that I had been watching, I reached out to Lukas, and he immediately called me 15 minutes after I texted him. The very next day on a Saturday we went to see the home, and the very next Sunday we put in an offer on the house, and we won the bid and closed in 15 days, which is unheard of practically. All the while, waiting for other Real Estate agents to even return an email or call me back. Lukas was very timely and prompt in following up.

Lukas was beyond phenomenal, went the extra mile explaining to me all of the details, was very professional and followed up promptly with me, the seller, the lender, inspections, and the lawyers, to bring the home purchase into the end zone. He was very knowledgable about the overall process and was prepared for every meeting and the whole process went very smooth. He also has a personal touch, helping guide me through the biggest purchase of my life, and helped ease my concerns along the way.

If I could give Lukas 10 stars I would, 5 stars all the way. If I ever buy another home I will definitely be working with Lukas in the future. I don't usually write reviews but excellence deserves recognition.

My wife and I only recently moved to Atlanta. We came with a very specific criteria in mind for a home in regards to location, safety, and long term investment value. With interest rates on the rise, we also wanted to find a condo post haste. After meeting this Engels and Volker agent, it became quickly obvious that the deep care Mr. Babusak demonstrates for his clients and community here in Atlanta is genuine and sincere.

Lukas quickly became our professional confidante, and delivered beyond expectations. Whenever we needed referrals because our own research fell short, all recommended associates held the same stellar business practices we came to expect from Lukas himself.

My husband and I just happened to be lucky enough to stumble on Lukas during our search for a real estate agent to purchase a home in GA. We had recently sold our house in Utah with a plan to move to GA not knowing anyone who could give us any recommendations.

Lukas was incredibly responsive, personable, professional, and worked very hard for us. Because we were looking to buy from across the country, we had limited time and funds to fly to GA, especially with the market being as hot as it was. Lukas set aside entire weekends for us, when we were able to fly out, and even worked late into the night. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to pick up on what was important to me and my husband, to where I trusted his feedback on the houses we were not able to see in-person.

When it came time to put in an offer, my husband didn't want to lose our dream home and suggested an offer way over asking. Lukas, rather than thinking about the extra money he would make in the deal, told us that his gut feeling was that we didn't need to offer that much. We went with his recommendation and we got the house!

We have worked with other real estate agents in the past, but this was by far the best experience we have had.

Lukas was a GODSEND throughout this entire process. I began my house search solo, and thought to give Lukas a call when I had identified a new development that caught my eye. He reassured me of my property's value with his local knowledge of the market and eased a lot of initial nerves. It was selling fast, and had I not contacted Lukas that day, I very likely would have lost my chances at buying the property I had fallen in love with. He immediately organized conversations that needed to be had with the builder and seller's agent, got me in contact with multiple lenders to compare rates, and walked me through the in's and out's of the process. I was always told that buying a house is a stressful experience. We started with a swift and easy one, credit to Lukas, and when things got rough (due to the seller demanding tight timelines on Closing, and trying to impose additional fees for everything under the sun... all to bully the buyer in this sellers market) Lukas was there every step of the way to answer calls/emails.
