We cannot speak more glowingly of Luke Andreae and his team at Re/Max Harbor Realty. Our experience started with the purchase of a condo in our town of Punta Gorda Florida in mid July 2022. Kevin Hughes worked withus over a two year period to find a unit that met our criteria. We listed our house with Luke Andreae who through his many years of successfuly marketing properties and his personalized approach was able to help us find a buyer and sign a contract at the end of three weeks. What appeared to be a simple sale with our home passing inspection with flying colors turned into a complicated and extremely stressful nightmare. The buyers kept coming up with unrealistic demands and throw in Hurricane Ian at the end of September resulting in more demands the sale of our home was not finalized until the end of November. We have purchased and sold homes several times over the last forty years and there is absolutely no doubt in our minds and the complexities of this transaction would not have been resolved without Luke's expertise. We cannot say enough about The Andreae Group at Re/Max Harbor Realty and recommend them highly.

Luke was the best real estate agent I every dealt with. He sold my home in one day on the market and was always available for questions anytime. It happened to be a complicated closing process with the buyer and Luke worked through it giving me excellent advice. I was living in my other home in Indiana throughout the sales process and Luke was always there to let vendors in the house and recommended a moving company that was much cheaper than any of the competitors. He worked on Sunday and holidays without my prompting letting buyers see the house and helped me find reasonable priced vendors to clean up my house after Hurricane Ian. Adrienne deserves 6 stars for her work finding me a home in PGI! I was out of state trying to find a home on a dead end street with a 5 minute boat ride to open water. Very few places were for sale and prices were climbing fast. After being outbid a few times we finally got a contract only to find a potentially expensive pool defect during the home inspection that I did not want to undertake. Was I a pain in the neck? Yes, but Adrienne was undeterred. Within a week another house popped up with a requirement to submit highest and best offer by noon the next day.
