Having dedicated buyer's and seller's agents has pros and cons, but overall it was a definite pro. I called Luke and Phil Bouman because our neighbor worked as the assistant to Phil. Phil immediately called back asking what I would like in my first home. The next day we met and were looking for houses. He was always enthusiastic and ready to show homes. After we found a home we liked he helped us make an aggressive off that was then accepted. Since this was my first home purchase, I was facing some hesitation and fear about the home-buying process. Once I had the first meeting with Ashley S., my fears went away. The first meeting detailed the entire home-buying process including milestones with the lender, something I knew nothing about. Ashley suggested some lenders for us too, so that made choosing the right lender easier. When it came to the home search, I felt that we were in good hands with Ashley in the extremely fast paced market in this area. Ashley would text us every once in a while with a home that was recently listed or sometimes not even listed yet. I truly felt that Ashley was putting a lot of effort into finding us the right house. We ended up buying a for sale by owner home, something that Ashley didn't deal with a lot in the past. However, she used her expertise and took control of the process, and made sure we got an offer in as soon as possible. We ended up getting an awesome first home. She was actively involved with the lender and helped to keep things moving, even helping us through a few hiccups along the way. I found Phil on the internet. Little did I know it was a very lucky day for us. Phil keep sending listing for us to review and look at. He was never to busy to talk to us. It seemed like every day he sent out tips on what to look for. Always showed homes as fast as we found them to look at. Luke was showing us a home and I asked about a listing I had just seen on the internet. 1 minute on his phone and we were headed to see it. I knew I was home as soon as we walked in the door. All through the closing process them help every step. The people they sent us to for inspection and help were the greatest. Donna sent out time lines for action and keep everyone on track. We now have a great new home. With out there help it would not have happened. There just great down home people taking care of others. Can not say enough good about them.
