To elaborate on our experience a bit, we owned a house that we had only lived in for 1.5 years in a neighborhood that had several houses that had been on the market long term and we were very nervous that we would not be able to sell. After interviewing 3 realtors, we decided to go with Luke (and what a great choice that was!). Luke advised us on what we needed to do to make our house the most marketable to potential buyers and once we completed that list he spent time taking amazing pictures and creating an excellent write up for our listing (not just a typical write up with a couple of pictures, he went above and beyond). Luke was such a blessing for us. We sold our house within weeks of putting it on the market, so we were frantic to find a new one and fast. Luke was very attentive to what we were looking for, if we said no at the house he was completely fine with that and would drive to the next one. He offered his expertise but wasn’t pushy. When we did find the one we wanted Luke worked till late in the night negotiating the sale. It was Easter weekend and he was sending the purchase agreement back and forth until we sealed the deal late that Sunday. He was dedicated to helping us get the house we wanted. Through the rest of the process he stayed in touch almost daily. My loan officer said it was one of the easiest closing because Luke was on top of everything needed. It’s been three years this May and Luke will still call from time to time to check on us. He’s even been over for dinner. We were treated with respect like old friends, not just a paycheck.
